images 96. With Whom Should I Share My Strategy?

Share your strategy with everyone you can possibly share it with. Well, at least, share it with everyone who takes part in the implementation of your strategy and holds a stake in its efforts and goals. Ideally, everyone in the company would see the strategy or a portion of it. If you aren't comfortable with sharing the entire strategy with the company, consider at least developing a “policies and procedures” document to share so that you can be sure that they understand what is considered okay to do online and what is not okay.
