NAÏVETÉ: THE SOURCE OF FUNDAMENTAL INNOVATION

Many young people enter their working lives with what you could call naïve aspirations. They want to create a better world and leave a big impression. Many professionals lose these aspirations over time, and the word naïveté has come to have a negative connotation in the minds of many senior professionals. But naïveté can also be a blessing and a power. It is the skill of asking questions without assuming that you know the answers and looking at problems with a fresh and clear mind.
