Learning How to Lead and Manage with an Open Mind

One of the biggest challenges facing entrepreneurs is how to become an agile leader and manager. Many small business owners demonstrate great agility when they’re scrambling to get their companies launched, thinking out of the box to develop the idea for their business, and communicating a marketable vision to different audiences in different ways to attract and sign up investors. Yet once they reach a certain level of success, some of that agility goes by the wayside.
