Working with Various Deadlines and Milestones

Many entrepreneurs are either overly aggressive or alarmingly lackadaisical when it comes to deadlines. Either they push themselves and their people as hard as possible to meet unrealistic dates, or they ignore deadlines, alienating everyone from investors to customers. In both instances, they commit the sin of rigidity, possessing a singular approach and rarely, if ever, varying from it.

Demonstrating agility around deadlines and other key business dates requires an ability to think about time frames in a realistic but open-minded manner.
