Stretching Toward the Future

Change demands agility, and in the coming years we’re going to witness an ever-increasing rate of change in all sectors of society. Google and other companies are already testing driverless cars that can be programmed to take people where they want to go. Nanotechnology, the process of manipulating the smallest molecular structures to create innovative new products, is making great progress in labs around the world. Global competition is reshaping the business landscape as India, Brazil, China, and other countries become dominant players in different industries. Global warming, health-care breakthroughs, and advances in social media are making status quo products and policies irrelevant.
