1.14.1. Consideration of Characteristics of Insulating Materials

    Every effort should be made to avoid the use of asbestos or asbestos-containing materials in the insulation system. In those cases where the use of such material is unavoidable due to the lack of a technically acceptable substitute or any other means, the prior agreement of the user to their use shall be obtained.
