1.9. Cold Insulation Thickness

The required thickness of insulation for cold services to prevent condensation on the outer surface of insulating material shall be as given in Tables 1.24 and 1.25 for foam glass and polyurethane, respectively, under the stated conditions of ambient temperature, relative humidity, and emissivity of external surface.
If the ambient conditions are different from those stated in Tables 1.24 and 1.25, the thicknesses shall be calculated in accordance with the following section.
