I grew up in a family of four boys. I have five sons. There have only been two women in my life, both angels. My beautiful wife is not only my inspiration but she is my source of strength and resolve. She was vital in all ways in my writing this book, including the composition of much of the text. My mother died when she was still young, but the lessons that she taught me still burn strong.
