Workshop outputs

Use for: recording workshop outputs

Whether you are a workshop leader or participant it can be quite tempting to leave the workshop and go back to your job without recording ideas or taking away any actions. If you do this, people might not attend next time because they will not have seen any outputs.

The workshop objective: to deliver a record of the workshop outputs to the team members who took part

Whatever you decide to produce as an output, make sure the document is easy to understand, even by someone who was not at the workshop. This means beginning with the context, objectives and date, listing who participated and what the final ideas were.
