For teams who work in different regions or offices, it is important to update and reconnect with each other regularly. These update meetings are vital for building relationships, setting common goals and sharing learning and inspiration across the business. However, because these meetings happen infrequently, we pack them full of presentations and updates and leave no time for discussions and debates.
