Use for: turning a negative situation into a positive one

People can be very emotional about projects that have gone wrong, and that can affect the confidence and motivation of a team. It is important to be sympathetic to the level of emotion that the team feel, but as a workshop leader, be careful not to get dragged into a pessimistic place along with them.
