Use for: encouraging people to work towards an agreed goal

Workshops are brilliant for aligning people. Alignment is crucial for any project so that people agree to follow the same expectations and work on something together.

The workshop objective: to get the team to agree and move on with actions

Your team don’t need to completely disagree with each other to need alignment. Some examples of reasons for running an alignment workshop are:
