The workshop energy

Workshops put pressure on people to behave well, come up with new ideas and stay focused. Workshops can be tiring, especially after lunch and near the end of the day.

The workshop leader can make the experience energetic and inspiring throughout with some of these simple approaches:

  • Move people into new groups after each ideas session. Sitting in new teams at a new table immediately gives a fresh perspective and instils energy.
  • Be positive and energetic, modelling the mood you want the workshop participants to have.
