Who to invite to your workshop

The ideal workshop size is between 12 and 20 people. This is a good number to work with, as there are enough people to mix in small groups through the day. With just 12 people, they can be split into groups of 3 or 4 for working sessions. It doesn’t matter how big your workshop is, so long as you have the space to split people into groups of 3 or 4 (so if you had 100 people, you’d want separate tables for up to 33 groups).
