Measurable

If you measure your achievements regularly, you can manage your efforts effectively and take corrective actions as appropriate. This seems to be one of those obvious truisms that often is simply ignored. We’ve had far too many clients that did not measure their performance on a regular basis. Sure, they worked very hard every day, doing what they thought they should. And at the end of the month or the end of the year, they hoped that everything would be okay. We want them to do much better than okay, so we want them to measure all the time and take corrective actions immediately.
