Create successful strategies
Once the team has collected the information it needs, the next step is to create strategies that will achieve success. This can be a daunting task to some, while it is a source of pleasure for others.
To those managers that do not enjoy the process, we suggest that you identify and involve some capable team members who do. Alternatively, you may seek help from colleagues or from outside advisors. We believe that thinking strategically comes naturally to some people, and can be taught, with some difficulty, to others. If you can find those natural born folks, grab them.
