How can you empower your team?
Many of us have observed that as an entrepreneurial organization grows, it often encounters difficulties that are termed to be “people problems,” “organizational plateaus,” or “that difficult size between a small company and a big company.” This also occurs commonly in departments within larger firms.
When we look closely, however, we see that these difficulties arise from a crisis in management. This is shown in the following diagram: The Life Cycle of a Manager, and then explained by our friend Mike, during a presentation about his company to a local business organization.
