About the Contributors

Gardênia da Silva Abbad, PhD Gardênia is professor in the Social, Work, and Organizational Psychology and in the Management Master´s and doctoral programs at the University of Brasilia (UnB), Brazil. He is the coordinator of the Research Group on the Impact of Training on the Job and the Organization and a member of the Organizational and Work Psychology Working Group of the National Research Association. Lisa Anderson, PhD Lisa is senior lecturer in Management Education at the University of Liverpool Management School. She has a PhD in Management Learning and her research interests center on social learning, critical reflection, action learning and management, and leadership development and evaluation. She is also particularly interested in the nature and purpose of business school education.

Linda Argote, PhD Linda’s research and teaching focus on organizational learning and memory, knowledge transfer, and group processes and performance. Her book, Organizational Learning: Creating, Retaining and Transferring Knowledge, was a finalist for the Terry Book Award of the Academy of Management. She has published numerous articles and book chapters.
