The Reception

Now that the ceremony part of the day is over, it’s time to redirect our attention to preparing for and recording the reception. Let’s start by determining the equipment you’ll need for rest of the wedding day.

Equipment Needed

You should have the following items with you for the reception: camera; fully charged batteries for the camera; camera light; handheld microphone (wired or wireless); a pair of headphones; plenty of blank tape; and a wireless lav mic with transmitter, receiver, and fresh batteries.
