Technical Equipment Store

Much of the technical equipment in a television studio is not required for every production. Studios are extremely busy places. Scenery needs to be erected, lamps rigged in their required positions, floors painted etc. Equipment left around in the studio constitutes a hazard for the rigging crews, wastes space and is itself at risk. Storage space outside the setting area is, therefore, essential. A room with large doors and direct access to the studio is desirable, so that it can also store the regularly used equipment, i.e. cameras and booms, picture monitors etc.
