Appendix A. LEGO MINDSTORMS NXT 2.0 Piece Library
Gaining a thorough understanding of the pieces in the NXT 2.0 set is essential to becoming a proficient builder. Although Part II discusses the pieces in detail, this appendix gathers the basic facts about each piece for easy reference. In addition, simply reading the following material will help you quickly achieve familiarity with more than 80 types of pieces. Table A-1 lists the categories and subcategories of pieces in the NXT 2.0 set as presented in Chapter 4. Table A-2 through Table A-6 correspond to the five main categories, with each table giving the name, color, quantity, and classification of every piece in that category, along with an image of the piece.
