Every organization has a few different types of employees, but let us simplify and put all of your employees into four groups:

   1.  Your top performers: These are the employees who perform at an extremely high level and are very successful at what they do. They are essential to the company’s success.

   2.  Your high potentials: These are the employees who perform at a high level and have the potential to perform even better with the right training and support.
