I would like to thank my friend and colleague Dan Burdeu for introducing me to his great terminology, the e-wall and e-pong. I hope that I did his ideas justice and I appreciate our brainstorming sessions. I would also like to thank Tim Heavyside for a great ‘quote’. I have been working with and coaching Tim for many years. Tim recently won the Australian Residential Salesperson of the Year. I was in a meeting with him last year when he summed up the key to his sales success as ‘certainty and simplicity’. Great stuff!
