You might get the impression from what we've written so far that leadership is all about the leader. That'd be understandable, since we've talked about how leaders have to believe in themselves, how followers have to believe in their leaders, how leaders have to be clear about their values, and how leaders separate themselves from individual contributors with their visions of the future.
