You can teach your colleagues to use half-thoughts

Half-thoughts, as you saw in Truth 12, are instinctive, unprepared responses that will not have a completely defined direction. When you explore a half-thought with a colleague, the outcome is an unplanned, organic—entirely creative—conversation.
