Intuition tells us that most people want to feel good about themselves, what they are doing, whom they work for, and what their organization stands for. They want to play an active role on a team, feel a sense of security, have an opportunity for socialization, and to build their individual confidence and esteem. In short, we all like to feel appreciated.
