More recruiters are seeing great potential in the Internet's social networks because they provide access to the places where thousands of millennials congregate virtually and communicate with their friends. Like KPMG, a small but growing number of companies already are experimenting with such sites as Facebook and YouTube in hopes of reeling in top talent.
