Along with continuous feedback on how they're doing, millennials want to know what the payoff is for a praiseworthy performance. They expect companies to tell them how they can develop their skills to enhance their performance and move up in the organization. They want a career compass that shows them where their best opportunities lie and how they can reach them. That means extensive mentoring, coaching, and training programs to help them meet their goals.
