Unfortunately, work-life balance is sometimes merely a millennial mirage. This generation should beware of blanket promises of a balanced life, because they may turn out to be more hype than substance. You might be free to do your job wherever and whenever you like, but if there's a mountain of work to get done, that hardly means balance.
