COMMUNICATING AND INFLUENCING

Communicating and influencing are skills critical to the leader’s success. In addition to being able to express themselves well, successful leaders are good listeners and observers. They also know how to pull valuable information from people by asking the right questions. The activities in this chapter are designed to help leaders enhance their communication skills to increase their influence with others.
