Guiding Principles

Let me take you back to our first meeting. Our goal was to kick off the leadership development initiative in six months. With all of our combined experience, we were sure this “start-up” phase would be the easiest of our discussions. Boy, were we wrong! In a matter of a few hours, Rick and I realized that we had a multitude of great ideas and a mountain of work ahead of us. Leadership development is a broad topic.
