Applying a strengths focus to business challenges

Part 2 of this book first focused on how to identify and develop your own strengths and those of your team. It then explained how to apply a strengths-focused mindset to your day-to-day interactions with your team, in ad hoc conversations as well as regular meetings or structured coaching sessions. Finally it outlined ways to develop employee processes (performance appraisal, development planning and recruitment) that your team or organisation can use to support and develop a strengths-focused culture.
