About the authors

Bernard Ross is also a director of The Management Centre. He has worked with many of the world’s largest International Non-Governmental Organisations (INGOs) and companies on strategic issues, from The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent to The Tate Gallery and HSBC. Bernard is the author of three previous books – two of them co-authored with Clare. His most recent book, Global Fundraising: How the World is Changing the Rules of Philanthropy, won the Skystone Partners AFP Research Prize for Research.
