So far I’ve made stay interviews look easy by presenting preparation tips, required skills, and scripts to help manage each type of exchange. Don’t be fooled, though, by their apparent simplicity. Stay interviews can be conducted ineffectively and hurt your team’s productivity rather than help it. Let’s look at thirteen traps to avoid at all costs.
