Now that you’ve visualized success, let’s make it happen. There are four core skills required to conduct stay interviews effectively: listening, taking notes, probing, and taking responsibility for company decisions. Listening

Listening means more than just using your ears. Focus your entire attention on the speaker. Maintain eye contact, nod your head, and don’t interrupt. Hear what your employee actually says.
