Identify the Enterprise Business Sponsor
One of the deployment best practices (see Chapter 3, “Software deployment best practices” on page 21) is that you should have a global sponsor who is focused on the global deployment success. This does not have to be one person. It can even be a team of three to four people with one person assigned to each geography. It is important that you align resources with each important deployment location.
