7.4. Step 11: Update the business plan
The final step in the Software Deployment Method is to take the success from the deployment, along with any challenges, and apply them to your future business plans. This also means returning to the first few steps in Chapter 5, “Software deployment Phase 1: Prepare for deployment” on page 39, and repeating the cycle for successful deployments.
7.4.1. Owners and participants
The owners include the EBS, the SAM, and the SDA or SWA. The participants include the extended IBM Software Technical team.
