6.1. Step 5: Refine the deployment plan
As you reach the final agreements on any pending software contracts, you may have last minute changes. SDT must review these changes after they are in a signed contract to evaluate how they may affect the deployment plan and timeline. This should be a complete review of all documents to verify that the expected goals, requirements, products, and projects are still valid. The team should also review the architecture, components, interfaces, and any performance modeling that was done. The key output from this step will be a refined deployment plan.
