Pitch perfect
What the tool is
This is a competitive process in which participants, working in teams, are given a problem to solve and then pitch their solutions to an expert panel that determines the best solution. It is based on a British television programme (Dragons’ Den) in which entrepreneurs pitch to a panel of wealthy investors to get funding to develop or market their products.
When to use it
- When a number of smaller groups has worked on the same problem and believe their solution is the best.

- Paper and pens.
