Procrastination

What the tool is

This may be the most surprising idea in the book – the idea that you are more likely to solve a problem by procrastinating (putting it off until later). It has been suggested that the most creative people are the ones who, rather than trying to find any quick solution to a problem, dwell on it for a while, leave it and come back to it later when there is more pressure to resolve it. There are several possible reasons why this works, including:
