AS WITH THE IMPROVE STAGE OF DMAIC, most teams who make it this far show the usual characteristics of a “performing” team: people are working together efficiently, and personalities take a backseat to getting the work done right. What’s different now is that this well-oiled team machine needs to come to an end!
