One important element of the video that shooters often neglect is establishing shots. The irony of this neglect is that establishing shots are so easy to get and can add a much more professional feel and production value to a finished video. You can pop off five or six quick shots in just a few minutes to get enough material to create a nice poetic opening sequence that sets the romantic mood for the entire event.
