1. Delegate

Hopefully, you hired a competent crew you can trust. Even though this is your creative endeavor and it’s hard to trust others with your vision, you have to do it. If you have any experience as a crew member, or any experience in any other industry for that matter, you know how much it sucks to be micromanaged. You may not be used to having people whose job it is to do what you tell them, but music videos are a great way to start to get the hang of it.
