Put It All Together
Put everything in a proposal document for the band to go through. Spend some time laying it out nicely and make sure it looks professional. Here’s what I include:
Cover Sheet
Has the song name, my name, the band’s name, and the date. Possibly dressed up with a photo of the band.
Treatment
One to four pages, with photos and possibly video links describing in detail, what the video is about.
Budget
Broken down on a spreadsheet.
