SETUP PROCEDURE

Talent CallActors and other on-screen talent should be scheduled to arrive on set with an hour or so to eat quickly, get dressed, and made up. Consult your wardrobe and makeup department for how much time they will need.
Talent and Releases SignedI always recommend getting talent releases up front before the camera even rolls, so you don’t forget at the end, and just in case a funky actor “situation” develops later, you’re covered to use the footage you’ve shot.
Makeup and CostumeTalent should get their hair and makeup done and get dressed and ready for shooting.
