LIGHTING COOKBOOK 2.0

NOTES: In situations where you are shooting the head of an organization, a celebrity, or a V.I.P., time will usually be tight. Simple setups are a particularly practical and effective solution in these scenarios. Here, I used two diffused 500-watt open-faced Omni lights and took maximum advantage of the scene outside the window and the natural objects on location to tell the story. When using a window view, first expose your shot for the scene outside (since you can’t adjust the sun); then adjust the intensity of your set lights accordingly.
