Ken is the founder and managing partner of VentureWorks. He engages clients in the areas of leadership development, strategy, and the management of change. He is a senior advisor to Bethel University on Serving Leadership and executive development. Bethel is committed to creating a new and exciting approach to executive leadership development that combines the best of leadership coaching, strategy execution assistance, and servant leadership in action.
