It has been said that there is an ancient Chinese curse, “May you live in interesting times.” Well, perhaps it is not so much a curse for those who love to embrace change. Anyone who falls into this category should certainly be relishing this period in the media and entertainment (M&E) industry.

It can be argued that, like so many aspects of modern life, media is undergoing rapid and disruptive change. Even if a media professional has been in this industry for a mere 5 years, he or she has seen some breathtaking changes; 20 years or more and it is almost unrecognizable!
