It is not essential to be a born sales person. In fact, I would debate whether the traditional image of the ‘born salesman’ is appropriate for professional selling in the 21st century. There are some exceptions in certain sales markets and in different countries who are successful. However, the large majority of successful sales people across most markets have been made through their own determination and development.
