About the author

Graham Yemm runs Solutions 4 Training Ltd (www.solutions4training.com). Beginning his career in the corporate world, he moved from sales through to HR, training and into sales management. From here he moved into consultancy, initially as a partner in a successful training consultancy developing and delivering in-house programmes.

Graham is a Fellow of the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management. He has considerable experience in developing and delivering sales programmes and providing consultancy, both in the UK and internationally, for various levels from Sales Directors and Managers through to new sales people.
